Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 DAYS of receipt of shipment. You have to fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization Form
you can find here. Only unworn items with tags attached may be
returned or exchanged. Items that are returned without the form or obviously
worn or without tags attached will be kept on facility and no credit
will be issued. They will be returned to customer if customer provides
security code of credit card for additional shipping and handling fee.
A reason for the
exchange or return must be provided. Customer will be charged for
shipping and handling of the exchanged item, unless we sent out the
wrong item. Customer will be charged a restocking fee of 25% unless customer chooses a store credit. Exchange
will happen after we are able to charge additional shipping and
handling, or if credit covers additional shipping and handling for
exchanged items. Customer is obligated to provide necessary
information, so we can charge respective fees. If we don't receive
respecitve information in timely manner, we reimburse balance after
deducting restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for shipping, handling and any insurance charges when shipping items back to the Distribution Center.
